H&A Print

A century of print. A website built for what comes next.

We turned a handful of basic landing pages into a clear digital customer journey, with the strategy, copy and photography to match the business behind it.

01

The challenge

H&A has served Whanganui for more than a century, but its digital presence was not keeping pace with the depth of the business. Customers could not easily see everything the team offered or understand the best way to begin a job.

02

Our approach

We mapped the customer journey, reorganised the service offering and built a complete website wireframe. We wrote every page and directed a photography shoot that captured the people, process and scale behind the print shop.

03

What changed

The finished site gives everyday customers and business clients a clearer path through the offer. It feels established without feeling dated, local without feeling small, and makes it easier for people to enquire on their own terms.

From a few basic landing pages to a complete digital customer journey.

A clearer digital home for everything H&A can do.

The new structure separates everyday printing from business printing, while making specialist services easier to discover. Every page was shaped around the questions customers actually ask.

Does your website still match the business behind it?

We help established businesses turn a patchy digital presence into something clearer, more credible and easier for customers to use.
