H&A has been serving the Whanganui region for over a century. A print institution in every sense — the kind of business that's woven into the fabric of the community it operates in.

When they came to us, their digital presence wasn't keeping pace with the business behind it. People didn't always want to pick up the phone — they wanted to understand what H&A offered, feel confident about it, and get in touch on their own terms.

We rebuilt the website from a few basic landing pages into a fully developed customer journey — making it easy for people to do business with them online. Organised the photography, wrote all the copy, and built the wireframe that Two Monkeys brought to life.
