From there, we’ll recommend the right platform, number of pages and scope. We won’t sell you more website than you need—but we’ll be honest if a smaller build is likely to hold you back.

A three-page website gives a smaller business a focused, professional home online: a home page, services page and contact page. An eight-page website gives different services, audiences and customer questions their own space. That creates more useful pathways through the site, more opportunities to appear for relevant searches and more room to build trust before someone enquires.
It isn’t simply that more pages are better. Each additional page needs a clear purpose.

No. If your brand, offer and direction are already clear, we can move directly into the website project.
If there are a few gaps, we can often resolve what’s needed as part of the website process. When the foundations need more work than that, we’ll be upfront and recommend a focused strategy or brand stage first. You don’t need to arrive with everything perfectly figured out—we’ll help determine what the website actually needs.

No. Copywriting is included in every website we build. We’ll learn the business, ask the right questions and write every page in your voice. You’ll review and refine it with us, but you won’t be handed a blank document and asked to figure out what the website should say.

We’ll need your knowledge of the business, honest feedback and access to any existing brand, website or product information. We lead the strategy, structure, copywriting, design and build, so you’re not left coordinating different specialists or working out the process yourself.
For imagery, we’ll create a photography brief showing what needs to be captured and where it will be used. We can also help coordinate the right photographer when needed.

Every website includes foundational SEO. We structure the pages around the way your customers search, then set up the page titles, descriptions, headings, image text, internal links and technical foundations that help search engines and AI search tools understand the site.
SEO is not instant, and no one can guarantee a particular ranking. Visibility builds over time through the quality of the website, the competitiveness of the market, your wider online presence and the useful content you continue to publish.

Yes. Your Squarespace or Shopify website is set up in your own account and connected to your own domain. You’ll pay the platform subscription directly, and there are no compulsory hosting or maintenance fees from us.
Once the website is live, we’ll walk you through how to update the content, add products and manage the parts you’ll use regularly.

Sometimes—but our core website service is a strategic rebuild. We’ll first look at whether the existing structure, platform and customer journey are strong enough to build on. If they are, we may recommend focused improvements. If the foundations are the problem, rebuilding is usually a better investment than continuing to patch a website that was designed for a different job.

We’re based in central Whanganui and build websites for businesses across New Zealand. If you’re nearby in Manawatū, Rangitīkei or South Taranaki, we’re always happy to come to you. Otherwise, the process works just as well online as it does around the table.

Website projects are paid 50% upfront to secure the project and 50% before launch. Any additional pages, functionality or separately scoped work will be agreed with you before it is added.
