Good work deserves a better front door
A regional business can be excellent long before its website catches up.
Plenty of Manawatū businesses grow through reputation, relationships and word of mouth. That can carry you a long way—until the next customer searches online and the website undersells the business they have heard so much about.
We turn what makes the business strong in real life into a clear digital experience: what you do, why it is worth choosing and what someone should do next.
What the website needs to do
Looking good is the baseline. Earning its keep is the point.
A useful website helps the right people find you, understand you and feel confident enough to enquire. Every page should move that decision forward.
01
Help you get found
Structure your services and locations so search engines, AI platforms and real people can understand where you fit.
02
Make the value clear
Explain what makes you the better choice without asking customers to translate vague claims or industry language.
03
Build trust sooner
Bring the right proof, people, experience and projects forward before a customer has to go looking for them.
04
Create the next step
Give every visitor a clear path to call, enquire, request a quote, book or buy—especially on mobile.
Websites for regional business
Different industries. The same need to be understood and trusted.
We do not force every business into the same template. We learn how your customers search, compare and decide, then build the site around that.

Tourism, accommodation and experiences

One connected website process
The thinking, the words and the build stay in the same room.
01
Find the job
We work out who the website needs to reach, what the business needs it to achieve and where the current experience is getting in the way.
02
Shape the story
We map the pages, customer journey and messaging, then write the copy. You are not handed blank pages and asked to fill them.
03
Build and launch
We design and develop the site, set up foundational SEO, connect analytics and Search Console, and show you how to manage it.

Close enough to meet. Set up to keep moving online.
We are based in central Whanganui and build websites for businesses across New Zealand. For clients in Palmerston North, Feilding and the wider Manawatū, we are happy to come to you when getting around the table is useful.
Otherwise, the process works just as well online—with clear stages, senior people leading the work and fewer moving parts for you to coordinate. We also work with businesses in neighbouring Rangitīkei, including Marton and Hunterville.
Frequently asked questions
The practical bits, before we get started.
Are you based in Palmerston North?
We are based in central Whanganui, within easy driving distance of Palmerston North. We work with Manawatū businesses in person and online, and we are happy to travel for the conversations that are better around a table.
Do you work across the wider Manawatū?
Yes. We work with businesses in Palmerston North, Feilding and across the wider Manawatū, as well as neighbouring Rangitīkei. You do not need to be in Whanganui for the process to work.
How much does a website cost?
Our three-page Squarespace websites start from $3,600 + GST. Fuller eight-page websites start from $7,000 + GST. Shopify and more custom website projects are scoped after the first conversation. You can see the complete inclusions on our website design page.
Do we need to write the copy?
No. Copywriting is included in every website we build. We learn the business, ask the right questions and write every page around what your customers need to understand before they choose you.
Is SEO included?
Foundational SEO is included. We structure the pages around the way customers search, then set up titles, descriptions, headings, image text, internal links and technical foundations so search engines and AI platforms can understand the site. No one can guarantee a ranking, and visibility builds over time.
Can you work with our existing brand?
Yes. If the brand is established and gives us what we need, we can move straight into the website. If the positioning, messaging or visual foundations need work first, we will explain why and scope only what is genuinely needed.
Do you build on Squarespace or Shopify?
Most service websites are built on Squarespace because it is polished, flexible and straightforward to manage. Shopify is the stronger fit for product and ecommerce businesses. We recommend the platform based on what the website needs to do.
